WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 11th day of July, 2002, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing a U-Turn prohibition on Laurelcrest Street/West Drive at a point located 15 metres north of Regional Road 107 (Queen Street East) for the northbound to southbound movement;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 15 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
