WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 14th February, 2002, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to prohibiting eastbound to westbound and westbound to eastbound U-turns on Regional Road 10 (Bovaird Drive) at Mountainash Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 13 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
