WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel passed resolution 2001-778 on September 13, 2001 authorizing the enactment of a by-law to consolidate the Region's Traffic By-law 48-1994, as amended;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 23rd of January 2003, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the Region's Traffic By-law 41-2001;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That By-law 41-2001 is hereby amended by deleting Section 19 and substituting the following therefore;

"19. That the following By-laws of the Regional Corporation are hereby repealed:

2. That By-law 41-2001 is hereby amended by deleting the title and substituting the following therefore;

"A by-law to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel."

3. This by-law shall come into force and effect on the 13th day of September, 2001.
