WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 14th day of August, 2003, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing a parking prohibition on the east side of Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) from a point 200 metres south of Regional Road 11 (Bush Street) to Regional Road 11 (Bush Street), and implementing a parking prohibition on the south side of Regional Road 11 (Bush Street) from a point located 50 metres west of Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road) to Shaw's Creek Road in the town of Belfountain;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 1 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
