A by-law
to implement a flashing 60 kilometres per hour speed limit zone on Regional
Road 9 (King Street) from a point located 417 metres west of Regional
Road 8 (The Gore Road) to 540 metres east of Centreville Creek Road from
8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on school days and to amend By-law Number 41-2001
being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of
the Regional Municipality of Peel.

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th September, 2001 passed By-law 41-2001 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 9th day of September, 2004, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing a flashing 60 kilometres per hour speed limit zone on Regional Road 9 (King Street) from a point located 417 metres west of Regional Road 8 (The Gore Road) to 540 metres east of Centreville Creek Road from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
1. That Part 11 of Schedule I of By-law 41-2001 is amended by adding the following :
