WHEREAS the Regional Clerk has been granted a temporary leave of absence for maternity and parental leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, S.O. 2000, chapter 41;

NOW THEREFORE the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

That in accordance with part VI, s. 228. paragraph (2) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, chapter 25, Ava Macintyre is appointed to the position of Deputy Clerk for the period of November 21, 2005 to December 1, 2006 to carry out the duties of the Clerk prescribed by law for the designated period and at the remuneration determined under the policies and procedures applicable to the Regional Corporation.
