|THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL|
|BY-LAW NUMBER 3- 2006|
A by-law to provide for the Regional Corporation's consent to permit an encroachment onto parts of Regional Road 15 (Steeles Avenue) in the City of Brampton.
WHEREAS Loblaw Properties Limited, the owner of the lands and premises described as Part of Lots 1 to 6 and Part Lots 11, 12 and 13, Registered Plan 347, with exceptions as described in PINS 14079-0011, 14079-0329, 14079-0339, 14079-0341 and 14079-0349, City of Brampton, Regional Municipality of Peel, has requested permission to maintain and use certain structures or improvements upon the public highway (the "encroachment");
AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 11(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c.25, the Regional Corporation may pass a by-law respecting encroachments on Regional roads;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 26th day of January, 2006 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the encroachment;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
