THE REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF PEEL
 
BY-LAW NUMBER 56-2006
 
A by-law to implement all-way stop control at the intersection of Regional Road 136 (Main Street) at Queen Street West and to amend By-law Number 57-2005 being a by-law to regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel.

 

WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 26th day of October, 2006, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law with respect to implementing all-way stop control at the intersection of Regional Road 136 (Main Street) at Queen Street West in the Town of Caledon;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 10 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

  Intersection Facing Traffic
     
  Regional Road 136 and Queen Street West Westbound on Queen Street West
