WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 19th day of April, 2007, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 1 (Mississauga Road/Old Main Street) to 40 km/h from 500 metres south of Regional Road 11 (Forks of the Credit Road/Bush Street) to Regional Road 11 (Forks of the Credit Road/Bush Street) and to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 11 (Forks of the Credit Road/Bush Street) to 40 km/h from Scott Street to 150 metres east of Shaws Creek Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 17 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:

2. That Part 17 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by repealing the following:

3. That Part 16 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

1	500 metres south of Regional Road 11	Regional Road 11	Anytime

4. That Part 16 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

11	Scott Street	150 metres east of Shaws Creek Road	Anytime

5. That Part 17 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:

6. That Part 17 of Schedule I of the by-law is amended by adding the following:
