WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 15th day of February, 2007, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend the by-law to reduce the speed limit on Regional Road 14 (Mayfield Road) to 60 km/h from 100 metres east of Goreway Drive/Innis Lake Road to 490 metres west of Regional Road 7 (Airport Road);

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
