WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution authorized an amendment to By-law 57-2006, as amended by By-law 122-2007, being a by-law which governs the proceedings of Council and its committees;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part III, Section 2, clause (b) (iv) be deleted and the following substituted therefore:

“(iv) during July, there shall be only one meeting which shall be held on the first or second Thursday of the month in order to accommodate the Canada Day Statutory Holiday, which shall be a meeting of Council.“

2. That Part III, Section 2, clause (b) (iii) be amended by adding to the end thereof “or during the month of August”.
