WHEREAS in accordance with the provisions of Section 17(34) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter P.13, as amended, Council may approve or approve part of an Official Plan or amendment thereto;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution on the 10th day of December, 2009, approved in part Amendment No. 95 to the City of Mississauga Official Plan (Mississauga Plan), an amendment to bring Mississauga Plan into conformity with the Provincial Places to Grow, Better Choices, Brighter Future, Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe, 2006 save and except for Section1.2, paragraph 1, which is outlined on Page 5 of Schedule A attached hereto, which is not approved;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel enacts as follows:

That Schedule A, as attached hereto and forming part of this by-law constitutes and is hereby approved as Amendment No. 95 to the City of Mississauga Official Plan (Mississauga Plan) save and except for Section 1.2, paragraph 1, as outlined on Page 5 of Schedule A, which is not approved.
