WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th day of June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 23rd day of April, 2009, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 57-2005 to include the designation of a shared north to west left turn and northbound through lane, at the intersection of Regional Road 15 (Steeles Avenue) at Rutherford Road/First Gulf Boulevard and to repeal By-law 57-2005 by removing south to east dual left turn lanes designation at the intersection of Regional Road 7 (Airport Road) at Driver Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 21 of Schedule I of By-law 57-2005 is amended by repealing the following:
