WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of the Regional Municipality of Peel and which by-law is hereinafter referred to as "the by-law";

AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 16th day of December, 2010, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 57-2005 prohibiting northbound to southbound U-turns on Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road) at Mid-Way Boulevard;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 22 of Schedule I of By-law 57-2005 is amended by adding the following:

Regional Road 4 at Mid-Way Boulevard	Northbound to Southbound	“U”	Anytime
