A by-law to approve the expropriation of land being Part of Lot 15, Concession 1 and Part of Lot 15, Concession 2, and Part of the Original Road Allowance Between Concessions 1 and 2 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 43R-34091. |
WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation enacted By-law Number 69-2011 on May 26, 2011 authorizing commencement of the expropriation of the above-described lands for the purposes set out therein;
AND WHEREAS, no hearing of necessity has been requested in respect of this proposed expropriation, and the Regional Corporation now seeks approval of the proposed expropriation;
AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on September 8, 2011 authorized the approval of the expropriation of the above-described lands;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL
IN THE MATTER OF AN APPLICATION BY

For approval to expropriate land being Part of Lot 15, Concession 1, and Part of Lot 15, Concession 2, and Part of the Original Road Allowance between Concessions 1 and 2 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on Reference Plan 43R-34091.
For the purpose of the acquisition of the fee simple interest in land required for the Steeles Avenue and Kennedy Road intersection improvements in the City of Brampton and works ancillary thereto, and for a permanent easement or rights in the nature of a permanent easement in, under, over, through across, along and upon the lands for the purposes of constructing road works, including the accommodation, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspecting, alteration, removal, replacement, reconstruction, relocation, enlargement or repair of electricity transmission/distribution line or lines, and all related appurtenances and accessories thereto.

Permanent Easement
Firstly: Part of Lot 15, Concession 1 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Parts 1 and 2 on Reference Plan 43R-34091
Secondly: Part of Lot 15, Concession 1 and Part of the Original Road Allowance between Concessions 1 and 2 East of Hurontario Street, City of Brampton (formerly Township of Toronto), Regional Municipality of Peel, being more particularly identified as Part 3 on Reference Plan 43R-34091
being the lands described in the application.
