WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel (“Regional Corporation”) on February 24, 2011 passed By-law 26-2011 to establish a Debt Issuance Committee pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2011 S.O. 2001, c.25;

AND WHEREAS, Schedule “A” of By-law 26-2011 sets out Region of Peel Procedural By-law provisions not applicable to the Debt Issuance Committee;

AND WHEREAS, Section III.2 (c)(i) and Section III.3 (c) of the Procedural By-law 57-2006, as amended by 122-2007 requires public notice of all meetings not shown on the schedule of regular meetings be given 48 hours before the meeting is to be held;

AND WHEREAS, the Debt Issuance Committee may require a meeting to be held within 24 hours of posting notice to the public;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Schedule A attached to By-law 26-2011 is deleted and replaced with the Schedule A attached hereto.

2. Sections 1, 2 and 6 are amended by deleting “Management Committee” and substituting “Management Section of Regional Council” therefor.
