WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 16th day of June, 2005 passed By-law 57-2005 to consolidate the by-laws that regulate traffic on roads under the jurisdiction of The Regional Municipality of Peel;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of The Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 12th day of May, 2011, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 57-2005 to include the prohibition of southbound through movements at the intersection of Regional Road 3 (Britannia Road West) at Millcreek Drive/Joymar Road;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Part 22 of Schedule I of By-law 57-2005 is amended by adding the following:
