WHEREAS Jackie Leggo and Yolan Esther Leggo, the owners of the lands and premises described as Part of Lot 34, Concession 3, Town of Caledon (formerly Township of Chinguacousy), Regional Municipality of Peel, as in Instrument RO723657, has requested permission for access to the public highway (the “Access”);

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation has by resolution passed on the 4th day of July, 2013 authorized the enactment of a by-law authorizing the access;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. Jackie Leggo and Yolan Esther Leggo are hereby authorized to access the public highway known as Regional Road 4 (Dixie Road), as described herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Access Agreement attached as Schedule “A” between The Regional Municipality of Peel and Jackie Leggo and Yolan Esther Leggo, being more particularly identified as Parts 12, 16, 22 and 23 on Reference Plan 43R-34870 and retained in Region of Peel Real Estate File RC-10110 with the Region;
   
   
2. That Schedule “A” attached to this By-law is included and shall be considered part of this By-law;
   
   
3. That the Access Agreement be executed on behalf of the Regional Corporation by the Regional Clerk;
