WHEREAS, on April 1, 2014 the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario the Association of Municipalities of Ontario ("AMO"), and the Corporation of the City of Toronto executed a document entitled "Administrative Agreement on the Federal Gas Tax Fund" (the "GTF Agreement");

AND WHEREAS, in April 2014, AMO forwarded to the Regional Municipality of Peel a form of Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Funds (the "MFA") to establish terms for the distribution of federal gas tax funds by the AMO to the Region of Peel and its constituent area municipalities;

AND WHEREAS, The Regional Municipality of Peel is required to execute the MFA in order to receive its allotment of the federal gas tax fund;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

That the Regional Chair and Regional Clerk are authorized to execute the Municipal Funding Agreement for the Transfer of Federal Gas Tax Funds as substantially set out in the form set out in Schedule A attached hereto.
