WHEREAS the Council of the Regional Corporation on the 13th day of January, 2007 passed By-law 95-2007 to set out all the roads in the Regional Road System;

AND WHEREAS, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel has by resolution passed on the 12th day of June 2014, authorized the enactment of a by-law to amend By-law 95-2007 by adding Coleraine Drive to the Regional Road System effective June 27, 2014 and to assign Regional Road number 150 for Coleraine Drive;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:

1. That Schedule “A” of By-law 95-2007 is amended by adding the following;

2. The subject lands are more particularly described in Appendix I hereto.

3. This By-law takes effect June 27, 2014.
