A by-law to accept, assume and dedicate lands for public highway purposes. |
WHEREAS it is deemed prudent to accept and assume lands described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law received from The Corporation of the Town of Caledon and dedicate same for Highway purposes pursuant to Section 31 of The Municipal Act, 2001;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Corporation enacts as follows:
That the lands described in a Transfer of Land to The Regional Municipality of Peel registered as Instrument Number PR2555582 on June 27, 2014, as more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and forming part of this by-law, be accepted, and the said lands are assumed and dedicated as part of Coleraine Drive (Regional Road No. 150).
READ THREE TIMES AND PASSED IN OPEN COUNCIL this 26th day of February, 2015.
