| BY-LAW NUMBER 3-2015 |

A by-law to amend By-law 63-2007, a by-law to amend and interpret the by-laws and resolutions of the Regional Municipality of Peel respecting changes to organizational structure of the Regional Corporation. |
WHEREAS By-law 63-2007 was enacted on May 31, 2007 to guide the interpretation of by-laws and resolutions respecting changes to the organizational structure of the Regional Corporation effective as of June 1, 2007;
AND WHEREAS, By-law 38-2009 was enacted on April 2, 2009 to amend By-law 63-2007 to reflect the corporate departmental re-alignment effective December 11, 2008;
AND WHEREAS, By-law 41-2014 was enacted on May 22, 2014 to further amend By-law 63-2007 to reflect the corporate re-alignment of internal services effective May 8, 2014 and other organizational changes and changes to staff position titles;
AND WHEREAS, on September 11, 2014, the Council of the Regional Corporation authorized by Resolution 2014-702 further changes to the organizational structure of the Regional Corporation and the appointment of the Commissioner of Finance and Chief Finance Officer position effective September 11, 2014;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Regional Municipality of Peel enacts as follows:
1. That By-law 63-2007 is amended as follows:
1.1 The following recital is added immediately following the sixth recital in the by-law:
"AND WHEREAS the Council has by Resolution 2014-702 passed on September 11, 2014 authorized the appointment of the Commissioner of Finance and Chief Financial Officer position;"
1.2 Table 1 in section 1 of the by-law is repealed and the following Table 1 is substituted therefor:

1.3 Section 3 of the by-law is repealed and the following substituted therefor:
"3. This by-law as amended is effective as from September 11, 2014".
2. That this By-law is effective as from September 11, 2014.
