Available in both English and French, “Mission Nutrition” offers lesson plans and activities specific to self-esteem and body image, as well as healthy eating and physical activity lessons.

Teach Nutrition - Grades K-8
Dairy Farmers of Canada (Ontario)
Features an interactive web game for grades 7 - 8 for download as well as healthy eating, physical activity and body image curriculum support. Activities are offered in both English and French.

Snacktivity Box - Grades K-1
Calgary Health Region
Site contains activities for children that promote healthy eating and active living habits.

Eating Well With Canada’s Food Guide
Health Canada
The new Food Guide describes and illustrates the four food groups and the recommended number of servings which are based on age and gender.

Food Guides in Other Languages
Translated versions of food guides are available in French, Arabic, Chinese, Farsi (Persian), Korean, Punjabi, Urdu, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog and Tamil.
