You may be caring for an immediate family member, someone in your extended family, a friend or neighbour - or you may be help other caregiver(s) fulfil their role. Distance is a factor to be considered too... are those you care for close by or miles away?

Use the Caregiver Checklist to help you get a handle on your present role, as well as anticipate and plan for future care as the needs of those you care for change. This checklist will also help you consider your limits and know when you need to ask for help to continue in your caregiving role successfully.
