Sunny Orange Shake

Here's a quick shake that's perfect for a breakfast-to-go or for a snack anytime. Enjoy with a whole-grain or bran muffin.

Ingredients
¾ cup
(175 ml)
lower-fat vanilla yogurt
2 tbsp.
(25 ml)
skim milk powder
½ cup
(125 ml)
orange juice

Yield: 1 serving (1 ¼ cups or 300 ml)

Method

  • In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, skim milk powder and orange juice

  • Blend until smooth.

Servings

Serves 1
Makes 1 ¼ cups or 300 ml
