Sunny Orange Shake
Here's a quick shake that's perfect for a breakfast-to-go or for a snack anytime. Enjoy with a whole-grain or bran muffin.
| Ingredients |
¾ cup
(175 ml) |
lower-fat vanilla yogurt |
2 tbsp.
(25 ml) |
skim milk powder |
½ cup
(125 ml) |
orange juice |
Yield: 1 serving (1 ¼ cups or 300 ml)
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, skim milk powder and orange juice
- Blend until smooth.

Serves 1
Makes 1 ¼ cups or 300 ml
