Breastfeeding protects and adds to a baby's overall health and well-being.
For the first 6 months of life breast milk is the only food that your baby needs to grow and be healthy. Your baby will also need a daily vitamin D supplement during their first year of life.Continue to breastfeed until your baby is two years old or more. The longer you breastfeed, the more benefits you and your baby get.
