Emotional Check

Strong emotions such as sadness, anxiety or anger can take their toll on you. Learning how to cope with your emotions can help prepare you for the changes pregnancy can bring. Depression sometimes sneaks up. It affects 24 per cent of women and 10 per cent of men at sometime in their life. Talk with your doctor about what is normal as you go through emotional ups and downs.
