Do you suspect you have food poisoning?

• If you or someone else in your party became ill after dining at a particular food establishment in Peel, call Peel Health at:

• If you suspect that you have foodborne illness call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 to assess your health status, contact your family doctor, or visit your local public health clinic.
  
  
• You'll be asked what you ate and drank at the food service establishment and which symptoms you experienced. The information you provide will be kept confidential, and your answers will help us determine if there is a problem with the establishment.
