Dental Health
Oral health plays an important role in general health and quality of life. Oral disease causes pain and suffering that can undermine psychological and social well-being. Although dental caries are common, they are getting less prevalent over time. While overall oral health status is getting better, poor dental health outcomes remain in some groups.
