Healthy eating habits and involvement in physical activity contribute to the health and well-being of children and youth. This section describes Peel students’ attitudes and beliefs about these issues and includes an analysis of the students’ Body Mass Index (BMI), a mathematical formula used to determine if a person is at a healthy weight for their height.
