Peel Public Health continues to review immunization records of students attending Private and French Language Schools and students attending Dufferin-Peel Catholic District Schools
If you are about to submit your record through our online form and you attend a Dufferin-Peel Catholic District school and information is still missing from your record, you will receive a letter from Peel Public Health mailed on April 2, 2014 requesting more information.
Information is being processed as it is received. Due to the high volume of record submissions, we will review and process the record within three business days.
