Do you or your child attend a private school, French-language school or a Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board school?
Did you recently receive a notice of suspension from school?
If you have received a notice or if you are currently suspended because you have an incomplete immunization record, PLEASE do not report online.
Instead, please call Peel Public Health department at 905-799-7700 as soon as possible to update your immunization record and to find out if you have met the requirements to attend or return to school.
Suspensions for private schools and French-language schools take effect Thursday, April 12, 2012.
Suspensions for Dufferin-Peel District School Board schools take effect Thursday, May 3, 2012.
