Did You Receive a Suspension Notice?
If you have received a suspension notice or are currently suspended because you have an incomplete immunization record, please do not submit your record online, but call Peel Public Health as soon as possible at 905-799-7700 to update your immunization record and to find out if you have met the requirements to attend school.
Suspensions for the Peel District School Board take effect on:
- December 13, 2011 for secondary schools and The Woodlands Elementary School, and on
- January 12, 2012 for all other elementary and middle schools.
Did you submit your information online between February 1 and March 1 2011?
Due to technical difficulties, we did not receive information sent through our online form between Feb. 1, and Mar 1, 2011. If you sent us information during this period, please resend it to us by fax, phone, or through our new online form.
