Immunization of School Pupils Act (1990)

Students attending school in Ontario are required to be immunized against certain diseases or to have a valid exemption under the Immunization of School Pupils Act. R.S.O. 1990 C.1.1. Ontario Regulation 645/90.

Day Nurseries Act (1990)

Children attending a licensed child-care centre must provide proof of immunization against certain diseases.
