step 4 – data extraction for systematic reviews

Welcome to Data Extraction!

In this step you will create a data extraction table. This is a summary of the key characteristics and findings of each of the studies you reviewed. The ‘model table’ categorizes information that you should include for each of the studies. In some cases you may want to include additional fields or to change some of the characteristics to make it more relevant to the research designs that you have reviewed.

Contact the library, if you have not found the information you require.
