Childhood Obesity Prevention Package
Peel Public Health has developed How Healthy Are Your Kids? — a childhood obesity prevention package to support health professionals.
This package includes:
- Copies of the How Healthy Are Your Kids? parent quiz. Quiz questions relate to the contributing factors to childhood obesity.
- A referral pad to direct patients to Peel Public Health services.
- A Resource Guide for Health Professionals outlining the local prevention/treatment programs and services available.
- References for Health Professionals, which provides guidelines and supporting evidence for the questions listed in the parent quiz.
