Special Education Advisory Committee
The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a committee of the Peel Board of Education that advises the board on special education programs and services for students. The committee has three trustees and parent representatives from local associations to represent the interests of exceptional students.

TRE-ADD
Provides Residential, Respite Care, case management and Day Treatment Services for Autistic/PDD children. Also provides family counselling
Individual Education Plan (IEP)

The IEP is an educational plan that includes specific goals and services for individual students with special needs (as identified by the IPRC above.)
Identification Placement Review Committee (IPRC)

The IPRC will determine if a student has special needs, and if so, what type of educational placement is appropriate.
