Where To Get Help

Residential Services

When someone with a developmental disability makes the transition out of the family home, they may choose to live in a supported living environment. The residential services listed here offer supported living. You can either reach them by contacting Service Resolution Peel and speaking with the facilitator of the Residential Services Management Committee 905-795-0591, or you can contact them yourself by using the information below:

Christian Horizons 519- 895-0699
Residential services include community homes and supported independent living.

Mary Centre 416-630-5533
Provides residential services to adults with developmental disabilities.

Kerry’s Place Autism Services 905-457-1130
Residential supports are provided through several group homes; a home share approach where individuals live with families/individuals; and a modified semi-independent living situation. 

Community Living Mississauga 905-542-2694
Supports people who have an developmental disability to live in a home of their own.

Brampton Caledon Community Living 905-453-8841
BCCL provides support to people in their homes and also helps them to participate in the community.

TRE-ADD (Treatment, Research & Education for Autism and Developmental Disorders) 416-326-0608
Community-based program providing group homes for children and adolescents with autism and developmental problems.
