Hands-on Learning Assignments
Looking for some real-life training? Our learning assignment opportunities give you hands-on job knowledge to help you excel in your role.
We offer three types of learning assignments:
- A new position created for a special project or initiative.
- An existing position that’s selected to be a learning assignment. This type of assignment can be temporary or ongoing to accommodate different employees up to a two year period.
- A job rotation where two or more employees take turns in a particular role to gain further knowledge and skills.
