What's in your lunch?
Eagle Plains Public School

Would you believe fibre snacks, carrot sticks, grapes and yogurt?

At Brampton’s Eagle Plains, lunches have taken on a remarkably healthy complexion thanks to the hard work of teachers, students and Public Health Nurses from the Region of Peel.

In this story, you’ll learn how students have not only championed healthy eating but physical activity, as well, and made them part of the culture of Eagle Plains. Their ongoing commitment to health and wellness has earned them national awards.
