Larviciding was carried out in the city of Brampton, the city of Mississauga, and the town of Caledon in 2012.

Pestalto Environmental Health Services, the licensed pesticide applicator contracted by Peel Health, applied larvicides to roadside catch basins and to surface water sites on public lands.

The larviciding program concluded on September 28.
