Phase IV - Evaluation
It is recommended that you use a formal evaluation process to measure the success of your health fair. This will highlight what you did well and what you can improve on. The evaluations can also be used to support the business case for your next health event.

The Health Communication Unit at the Centre for Health Promotion, University of Toronto (U of T) is also a great resource for information. THCU has researched and compiled a thorough list of evaluation resources and tools which you may wish to access to help you with the evaluation process.
