Words Hurt
This piece is inspired from my experience of bullying when I was in primary school. I would isolate myself from playing sports with my friends because I didn't want to be the subject of fat jokes. My friends didn't understand why I would be upset on some days. I did not express my feelings or concerns with anyone, including my friends because neither of us were aware the' harmless jokes' were a form of bullying.
