- The Sommer Collection | Over 200 works including contemporary printmaking, painting, sculpture and photography; Andy Warhol, Jack Chambers, Leonard Hutchinson and David Hockney.
- Viewpoints | a forum for diverse curatorial voices and an opportunity to support curators at the early stages of their careers
Museum
- All Dressed Up with Somewhere to Go | Rarely-seen clothing from the museum’s collection to weave a textile tale of Peel’s history.
- Arresting Images | Escaped fugitives, confidence men, pickpockets, murderers and horse thieves showed their faces in a travelling exhibit of a never-before-seen collection of mug shots, dating from 1886 to 1908.
- The Avro Arrow | Feb. 20, 2009 marked the 50th anniversary of Black Friday, the cancellation of the AVRO Arrow supersonic jet program, and a day that forever changed the lives of 47,000 employees at the A. V. Roe Canada (AVRO) and Orenda Engines plants in Malton, Ontario.
- A Complex Verdict | A play surrounding the dramatic and controversial 1909 trial and hanging of Stefan Swyryda.
