The Whitney Community Gallery is devoted to showcasing Peel artists, craftspeople and collectors. This premier exhibition area, an ideal introduction to the many facets of Peel’s cultural life, is made possible thanks to The Whitney Group.

Opening reception Sun., Jan. 13 from 2 to 4 p.m.
A painter's journey into the world of photography on the daily drive from Mississauga to her Halton Hills studio. Photographs of beauty by the side of the road and in the glen.


Jonah - Delroy RussellDelroy Russell
Feb. 14 – March 16
Shimmering works in a variety of media including oil, linocut and collage. Russell’s goal is to "create challenging works of art that can make positive changes in thought patterns."


Scheherazade - Louise LarocheLouise Laroche
March 20 – April 20
Monoprints and collages which highlight Louise’s “affinity towards ancient cultures and convey a sense of timelessness.”


Muse IV - Kim Lee KhoArt times five - Kal HoneyKim Lee Kho and Kal Honey
“Drawn Together”
April 24 – May 25
Opening reception: Apr. 30, 7 to 9 p.m.
Kim’s “nervous” and restless drawings hang in sharp contrast to Kal’s measured constructions of cardboard and glue. The negative space created is just as important as what is applied to the work.

Stunning black and white photographs by this young artist contrast Canada’s natural beauty with the urban landscape of New York City.
