Residents are responsible for keeping the inside of their unit
clean and safe. Residents in townhouses are also responsible for
keeping their front and back yards clean.
Cleaning of appliances, tile and bathroom fixtures and regular
cleaning of the refrigerator and stove will keep them in good
shape and also save energy. When cleaning smooth surfaces of
appliances and bathroom fixtures do not use abrasive cleaners
that scratch the surface. Please use a mild soapy solution.
Do not pour grease down sinks as it coats the inside of the pipe
and eventually causes a plug up. Hair and coffee grounds can

To prevent mould and mildew turn the bathroom exhaust fan
on when showering and the kitchen exhaust fan when cooking.
