The Crime Free Multi Housing Program (CFMH) is a partnership between police, landlords and residents aimed at creating safe and crime-free rental housing communities. The program aims to educate and assist owners and managers to resolve problems and determine solutions to building safer communities. Through its three phased certification program, the CFMH is a unique system of collaboration involving municipal by-law enforcement departments, police and fire, in addition to the owners managers and residents.
