Opening 2011

Formerly the site of the Canadian Legion, this 200-unit, 25-storey housing development in Brampton features one- to three-bedroom units to meet the needs of single seniors and families. Located at 1133 Queen St. E in, Bramalea Legion will also house the first Children’s Services Hub located within a Region of Peel social housing building.

Construction is scheduled to begin in 2010 with occupancy slated for 2012.

The project is funded by partnership between the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario,  and the Region of Peel.

Special Feature
The Bramalea Legion housing development will also feature the first Children’s Services Hub to be located within a Region of Peel building. The Hub is a community centre that provides residents with access to recreational and supportive programs in Peel.
