Creditvale Mills is located at 1535-1555 South Parade Court in Mississauga and offers 250 units of affordable living for families and seniors. The building also has a 6,000 square foot amenity space to be used for various programs/services and to be shared with the residents and community.
Construction began in 2010 and was completed in 2013.
The project is funded by a partnership between the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, and the Region of Peel.
