Opening Spring 2010
Chapelview is one of the largest affordable
housing projects built in Ontario in the last
10 years. The 16-storey building will be located
in downtown Brampton and will accommodate seniors
(65+) and singles in a total of 200 units.
The project is funded by an unprecedented partnership
between the Government of Canada, the Government
of Ontario, the City of Brampton, the Region of
Peel and Martinway Contracting Ltd.
Construction began in fall 2006
with occupancy slated for spring 2010.
