Chapelview

Chapelview is one of the largest affordable housing projects built in Ontario in the last 10 years. The 16-storey building is located in downtown Brampton and accommodates seniors and singles in a total of 200 units.

The building is also the first affordable housing project in North America to receive the Platinum NC level Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification by the Canada Green Building Council for its innovative environmental design features.

The project is funded by an unprecedented partnership between the Government of Canada, the Government of Ontario, the City of Brampton, the Region of Peel and Martinway Contracting Ltd.
