Opened Spring 2010

In October of 2008 construction began at Nance Horwood Place (formerly called Peel Manor Apartments) and was completed in April 2010. Located at 525 Main St. N. in Brampton, this 30-unit multi-residential property is also situated on the same campus as Peel Manor, the Region's Long-Term Centre, and Peel Living’s Manor Bridge Apartments.

Owned by the Region of Peel, this affordable housing development project is funded through a partnership with the Government of Canada, Government of Ontario and the Region of Peel. Supportive Housing In Peel (SHIP) will provide on-site operational, programming and service responsibilities to support seniors experiencing mental health issues.
