Opened December 2003

Millbrook Place was the first of Peel’s new wave of affordable housing developments to be completed - first affordable housing project in Peel in almost 10 years! The building was the result of an innovative and very successful public-private partnership between Peel and a community-minded developer, Martinway Contracting. Essentially two buildings in one, Millbrook Place addresses the housing needs of two growing segments of the Peel population: seniors and singles. The two wings of the building each have their own entrances and separate amenities.
